Overview

Cycling at Lake Geneva, starting in Lausanne and finishing in Montreux, is a sumptuous eight day journey along lakefronts, in the foothills of the Jura Mountains and through historic wine country. You also cross the border into France’s Haute-Savoie region, spending a night in Yvoire, a medieval French village on the shores of the lake. Cycle past châteaux, stop off at some Lavaux wineries and time your days on this easy to moderate self-guided cycling holiday to take plenty of dips at the lake’s swimming beaches. E-bikes are also available.
