Overview

Enjoy a relaxed cycling holiday through Germany’s most famous wine growing area on the Moselle Cycle Path. Journey along the Moselle River accompanied with fabulous food, wine, castles and charming villages with medieval half-timbered houses. Explore the Roman city of Trier, founded in 16BC, and arguably Germany’s oldest city with plenty of classical historical sights, including the Imperial Thermal Baths. Continue along a landscape of forests and vineyard-covered hills on flat dedicated cycle paths. Kick back with a glass of Riesling at the end of your rides, with many of the hotels and guest houses having their own vineyards and wine tasting sessions.
