Overview

This tailormade French Alps cycling holiday has been crafted expressly for the rider who prefers to avoid the steeper hills and merely soak up the glorious Alpine scenery instead. Over six days, ride from Geneva to Annecy, between two magnificent lakes, with hybrid bikes and accommodations arranged for you in advance, so all you need to do is...ride. There are plenty of cultural opportunities too as you pass wine-producing villages, the ancient spa town of Aix-les-Bains, and Chambery. The itinerary is shaped so that you will have more than enough time available each day to explore a little. This is a self-guided cycling holiday: you will be provided with comprehensive route notes and briefing pack, 24-hour support of course, and luggage transfers so that you need only a daypack. And make sure you have room in that pack for a swimsuit because the lure of the lakes may prove irresistible.
