Spend ten days pedalling between Southern Thailand’s stunning beaches, islands and jungle. From Bangkok, leave the bustling city behind and head south towards the Gulf of Thailand coast, via the Mae Klong Delta and floating markets. Skirt the palm-fringed sandy beaches and fishing villages from Hua Hin and spend a night on a tiny tropical island. Cross the peninsula, through jungles, coffee plantations and rolling hills with stops at waterfalls and hot springs to the Andaman Sea. Ride down the west coast, noticing the Indian and Arabic influences from its history as a 17th century trading hub, before finishing the ride at a 5* resort in Khao Lak. The cycling is rated as Easy to Moderate, with an average daily distance of 35km, leaving time for other activities such as kayaking and snorkelling, meeting the locals, indulging in delicious Thai food, or just relaxing on the beach.
