Epic Sardinia Classic is a six-stage tour that combines some of the most challenging and rewarding roads in Sardinia. It is designed to maximize cycling enthusiasts’ expectations and features long stretches, tough climbs, and winding descents. The 2022 edition starts in Chia and finishes at Santa Maria Navarrese, riding along the Sardinian western coast and the Gennargentu mountain range. The tour is fully assisted with support vehicles, mechanical assistance, and a photographer. It's a challenging but not a race, with opportunities for stops and the possibility of shortening rides. Women represent about half of the riders.
