New Year in Málaga

Overview

Start the year with this five-day tour riding under the winter sun, and welcome in the new year in style in Malaga! Enjoy smooth coastal roads that hug the shoreline, stunning views of the undulating landscape, and a taste of the local culture, food and hospitality. The tour starts with a warm-up ride on the outskirts of the city of Malaga, el Puerto del León. On day 2, ride the meandering rural roads and witness a local man-made wonder, the Caminito del Rey, a wooden walkway pinned to the face of the El Chorro Gorge! The ride offers spectacular views of this area and some more beautiful climbs. A natural marvel awaits on day 4 as, after a short transfer, the route winds through the countryside towards the natural park of El Torcal de Antequera, home to awe-inspiring, milennia-old rock formations. On day 5, take on the fabled slopes of the Puerto del Sol.
