Bordering the Basque country of Spain and nestled in the Ebro River Valley, the La Rioja Bike Tour is surrounded by some of the most beautiful vineyards in Europe. Following the River Ebro, the longest in Spain, the tour begins in the Cantabrian Mountains and ends at the Mediterranean.
