The Tour of Karnataka (TOK) is a multi-day cycling tour through the diverse landscapes of Karnataka, India. This event is designed to promote long-distance endurance cycling and showcase the scenic beauty of Karnataka’s roads. The tour covers about 500 kilometres spread across 4 days of riding, passing through iconic places such as Chikkamagaluru, Belur, Udupi, Thirthahalli, Agumbe, Kuduremukh, Halebeedu, Sirsi, Dandeli, and Kumta. It welcomes riders of all skill levels and emphasizes camaraderie, personal achievement, and the joy of riding, with routes changing every year to offer fresh experiences. It's going to be the 11th edition that is happening this November. We all carry a lot of baggage, thanks to our upbringing. The majority of people carry with them, an entire series of self-limiting beliefs that will absolutely stop, and hold them back from, success.
