Mixed road and gravel riding region defined by white roads, heritage events, rolling circuits, and one isolated mountain objective.
Primary Tuscany base. Historic city with direct access to Chianti gravel roads, Strade Bianche parcours, and the rolling Crete Senesi. The anchor base for riders targeting the Strade Bianche network.
Chianti village base positioned within the gravel road network. Direct access to the L'Eroica parcours and Chianti ridge roads. Purpose-built base for gravel and classic road terrain.
Southern Tuscany highland base at 567 m. Access to the Monte Amiata approach roads, Val d'Orcia plateau, and Brunello hill circuits. Suited to riders combining gravel and road climbing.
Monte Amiata base town on the southern slopes. Direct access to the Monte Amiata summit road at 1,738 m — the highest paved road in southern Tuscany. Suits climbing-focused riders.
Monte Amiata village at approximately 820 m on the eastern flank. Alternative approach base for the Amiata summit road. Less infrastructure than Castel del Piano but direct climb access.
City base with access to the Chianti hills and Fiesole climb. Better suited to riders combining cultural stays with day-trip riding than to pure training camp objectives.
