Challenging and rewarding 800km cycle route from Laos to northern Vietnam, crossing mountain passes, karst landscapes and riverside villages as part of a small group. The route starts in Vientiane and heads north and east to Hanoi, through the ancient town of Luang Prabang. Average of 80km per day, often over challenging terrain and in hot conditions, with a support vehicle available. Includes boat trips, cave explorations, visits to NGOs, and stays in welcoming guest houses.
