This picturesque cycling route through the foothills of the Bavarian Alps links two of Germany's most renowned lakes: the majestic Lake Constance and the fjord-like Konigssee. As you pedal through meadows, fields, moors, and forests, you'll follow rivers and pass by numerous lakes, both large and small, all while enjoying stunning views of the Alps. Well-maintained bike paths guide you from one cultural or scenic landmark to the next. The rolling foothills of the Alps, with their stunning mountain views and idyllic lakes, make the gentle climbs and descents a true pleasure. You'll ride along scenic bike paths and quiet back roads, with only short stretches on main roads.
