This tour can be customized for you, with prices depend on group size, room types, trip customizations, and date of travel. Accommodations on this trip are of a 4-star standard, and offer modern conveniences that can make this trip more pleasant. Rooms may have fireplaces or access to amenities such as hot tubs, steam rooms, or private decks to lounge on. Cyclists will need to be able to cover between 40 and 70 kilometres per day, and there is one longer ascent throughout the tour. Fly into the Karlsruhe/Baden-Baden (FKB) or Frankfurt/Main (FRA) airports, then transfer to the Bad Dürkheim train station. The travel documents and resources for this trip are in English. The Luxury Wine Tour on the Rhine ends where it began, in Bad Dürkheim. From there, you can head to the Bad Dürkheim train station and transfer to either the Karlsruhe/Baden-Baden (FKB) or Frankfurt/Main (FRA) airports. Rental bikes come in 7-gear and 21/24-gear varieties. You can also rent an e-bike. If you bring your own bike, it should be a road bike suitable for the demands of the tour.
