Dietary needs can be catered for with advance notice. Typical day starts with breakfast at 07:00, departure between 07:45-08:45. Lifts in the van invalidate Raid completion unless in specific circumstances. Rim brake carbon wheels are strongly discouraged due to delamination risk. Clients bringing their own bikes should bring lights, pump, tyre levers, inner tubes, brake pads, chain link, and a spare rear derailleur hanger. Tools for bike assembly are provided. Travel documents require a passport valid for at least 3 months after departure from the EU. Travel insurance is mandatory.
