Over 8 days on the self-guided South Tyrol Bike Tour, you’ll ride among these fantastic sites while enjoying comfortable accommodation chosen for you each night. Starting and ending in Bressanone, the oldest town in the area, you’ll have 5 full days of cycling routes to explore different sites including vineyards, a spa town, lakes, orchards, and the capital of South Tyrol. You can have a rest day on the last day, or you can explore on your own. Visiting South Tyrol opens you up to a unique area where distinct cultures have intersected and evolved. In the hub of Bolzano, you’ll experience an Austrian-Italian blend where residents speak both Italian and German and where the food represents this fusion as well. For this tour, you can choose between standard hotels (3 and 4-star) or deluxe hotels (4-star). No matter which options you choose, the South Tyrol Bike Tour will forever stick in your mind. Ride on! This self-guided cycling tour is always run as a private tour for your group only. This tour can be customized for you, and prices depend on group size, room types, trip customizations, and date of travel. 7 breakfasts are included. Accommodation for 7 nights is included in the tour. Additional nights before or after the tour can be booked in advance as a supplement. This tour includes transfers according to the program: Bressanone – Alta Pusteria, Merano – Malles, and Merano – Jaufenpass - Vipiteno. Luggage transfers are included too. Any other transportation is not included. Tour information in English, well-planned routes, detail route descriptions, videobriefing, navigation app, and telephone assistance are all included. This tour is based in 3 and 4-star hotels. You can upgrade to stay in 4-star hotels only. Rooms are double occupancy and single travellers will pay a supplement. Tourist tax may be requested at the hotel and will have to be paid on the spot. This is usually no more than $25 per person. We are Canadian.
