Starts in Verona, with a warm-up ride through farmland and vineyards of the Custoza wine region, ending with a regional specialty dinner of pumpkin tortelli in Borghetto sul Mincio. Includes a longer option ride. Day 2: Renaissance Mantua. A ride along the Mincio River to Mantua, a UNESCO World Heritage site known for its Renaissance art. Features a home-made lunch at a family palazzo and an Italian cooking class in the evening. Day 3: Lake Garda. Cycling along the southern shores of Lake Garda, with a stop at the San Martino della Battaglia tower. Includes a private boat cruise on Lake Garda with an opportunity for a swim, followed by a vineyard dinner with a local winemaker. Day 4: Along the Adige. Traces Napoleon's armies' route to the battlefield of Rivoli and a gorge carved by the Adige River.
